Tom Esch is the president of Esch Consulting, LLC in Minneapolis, MN. Tom holds Master’s degrees in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change from the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon and in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.

He has also completed Facilitative Mediation Training from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. In the past 30 years Tom has inspired and trained attorneys, business analysts, IT personnel, auditors, project managers and C-level executives from both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
